Something not quite right?
One of our fundamental goals at Atlas Records is to ensure that none of our customers are ever stuck with a record they don't want. We've all been there - the record isn't quite as described, the sleeve has got a small imperfection you didn't notice or you simply changed your mind. The problem? Returning it costs more than the record itself and frankly is more hassle than it's worth.

UK Returns
If you're a UK customer all you need to do is complete the form below within 30 days to let us know you'd like to return your item(s).
Once your return has been approved we'll be able to provide your return label which you can print at home or at the post office.
Just stick it to the front of the mailer and pop it into the closest post office (always obtain proof of postage and use the original packaging where possible) and you'll have all of your money back within 24 hours of receipt.
International Returns
We would love to offer free returns internationally, but the logistics of offering this makes it too difficult at the moment.
Instead, we offer a 30-day 'no-quibble' money-back guarantee.
Just get in touch by emailing contact@atlasrecords.co.uk or by using our contact us page to let us know that you're not completely happy with something, and you'll have your money back within 24 hours of us reaching a resolution.

Items you're not happy with (if not the whole order)
Reason you aren't happy
On the rare occasion that we've made a mistake, you will never end up out of pocket.
