Grading & Record Information
As a general rule we don't include matrix numbers on any of our listings. That being said, if you do want to know the matrix numbers for a specific record please get in touch and we'll be happy to find them for you.
Which Grading System Do You Use?
Like most sellers we use the official 'Record Collectors' grading system. You can find the definitions in a tab at the bottom of each and every listing we have on the website
Where can I find your gradings?
The gradings for both the sleeve & record itself can be found on the right hand side under the price and with the other information. These can also be found underneath the 'Add to Basket' button when scrolling through our items, in the form 'SLEEVE/RECORD'.
For example, an item with a 'Very Good' sleeve and 'Excellent' record grading would be: VG/Ex
Sometimes the record is of different quality on the 'A' and 'B' side. In this case the record grading Ex/VG means the A side is Ex and B side is VG
Delivery & Returns
How much does delivery cost?
Nothing! Presuming you are in the UK you won't pay a penny for postage, unless you want to upgrade your postage to a more secure method.
If you're not in the UK there is a postage charge which varies from as low as £3.75 within Europe and slightly more for the rest of the world.
How long is it going to take to get my item?
If you're a UK buyer your item should be with you on the next business day after it's been dispatched.
Both in Europe & the rest of the world the estimated delivery window is 3-5 business days.
I want to return my record
No problem. If you're a UK customer send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll email you a free returns label. Just stick it to the front of the mailer and pop it into the closest post office and you'll have your money back within 5 business days of receipt.
Unfortunately we can't offer free returns on any item that was sent abroad but we operate a 30 day "no-quibble" returns policy in which you will be refunded the amount of the record itself (excluding postage charges) if you do choose to return the record to us. Email us on email@example.com to let us know it's on its way.
Help! I haven't received my item
Firstly, we ask that you wait 10 days from the dispatch date just confirm that the mail hasn't been backed up in the system. If you still haven't received it then we will either send out a replacement or issue a full refund and reclaim the costs from our shipping provider.

Can I pay with my card?
We use the payment gateway 'Worldpay' so you will be directed to their website to securely checkout, before being returned to our website. We currently accept: Visa Debit, Visa Debit Electron, MasterCard, JCB, and American Express. The one prerequisite for paying by card is that the card is denominated in Pounds Sterling (it is a card issued in the UK for a British bank account). We are working on accepting international cards in the near future but for the time being, if you are an international customer please check out with PayPal, where you will be able to check out with your card regardless of your country. You won't need a paypal account to do this.
Can I pay with PayPal?
You can pay with PayPal however you will require a PayPal account to do so.
