Domestic Delivery (United Kingdom)


Standard

Standard delivery within the UK is absolutely free and will stay that way forever.

Standard delivery isn't slow either, we send all standard parcels first class which gives a delivery target of 1 working day after dispatch. Order before the cut-off and you should have your record safely in your hands the very next day, all at no extra cost.

 

Signed For

​Royal Mail First Class Signed For again has a delivery target of 1 working day​ but will also require a signature on delivery.

For individual records between the prices of £15 and £50 we automatically upgrade the postage method to a 'Signed For' first class service for ​no additional cost. For all other orders this service is offered as an optional upgrade for a unilateral fee of £1.50 per transaction, irrespective of the amount you purchase.

 

​Special Delivery by 1pm

Special delivery is a service that guarantees your parcel will be delivered before 1pm the following day. There is a sliding scale of prices, dependent on weight, that you can upgrade to if you need the item guaranteed the next day.

For high value items we provide this service as standard, again for no extra charge.

 

Europe

Standard

3-5 working days delivery aim

 

Tracked & Signed

​3-5 working days delivery aim and are tracked within the UK, in transit and in your country. This also require a signature on delivery.

 

 

Rest of The World

​If you don't live in Europe you will fall into one of two zones as set by Royal Mail: zone 1 and zone 2. You don't need to be aware of which you fall into so don't worry about selecting a postage option - this will be automatically calculated at the checkout. There are two options for delivery to the rest of the world:

Our returns policy is dependent on your location.

 

In the UK?

Impulse buy you decide you shouldn't have bought? Buy the wrong record by mistake? Decided that the actual music doesn't live up to the nostalgic memory of that 80's track 

No problem!

Drop us an email at returns@atlasrecords.co.uk or use our 'Contact Us' page and we will send you a return label to return the item to us. All you'll have to do is print it out, stick it on the front and drop it into a post office. The only criteria is that the record must be returned to us in the same condition it was sent out.

​Not in the UK?

​Unfortunately we can't offer free returns on any item that was sent abroad but we operate a 30 day returns policy in which you will be refunded the amount of the record itself (excluding postage charges) if you do choose to return the record to us. Email us on returns@atlasrecords.co.uk to let us know it's on its way.

 

Refund Policy

If you're unsatisfied with your purchase you can return the item to us within 30 days of the dispatch date for a refund of the purchase price of the item itself or an exchange.

​This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

​As an added bonus, if you're in the UK you won't have to pay to return the item to us either thanks to our free returns policy, as mentioned in the 'Returns' paragraph.
